called them for a quick question regarding a new system. $1000thb for them to see the store. i have the floorplan with measurements but they won't accept it. why? bc it would take too long, even though it's arguably faster to see a document than to travel to the site. do they not have enough experience to make a recommendation based on a floorplan? or are they just trying to get some quick money? i think you know the answer.

Two experiences with this company, first time 6 to 8 months ago with a very positive feedback to give. And now ... a week ago, completely different, mainly due to the operate "Mrs I" which is the highest unprofessional person i ever met ! Showing up late then finding excuses to cancel the appointment was the first act, then finally showing up and performing the maintenance on two of my units, just to realise that Mrs I lied when giving the phone number of the technician which none of both was. The maintenance performed left one of the two units leaking again just the next day ! Act two happen when supposedly the technician were coming back on an early morning appointment, never showed up, and Mrs I "pretending that she called" NEVER tried to contact us via Line or phone. The only thing on time was the reimbursement for one of the air conditioning units .... Overall, a deplorable service and company, mainly due to one person that destroy it for everyone. Do not use their services, you will loose time and money that can be provided to much better company.

My experience with AirCon Genie has been a very positive one. They installed an AC unit from Daikin that turned out to be defective and leaked refrigerant fluid. I called AirCon Genie and they sent their technicians right away. They tested the pipes and connections and determined that the problem came from the unit itself. They did not leave me in a lurch. They helped me deal with Daikin and in the end a new unit was installed at no cost. Their help was most important and instrumental in my getting the unit replaced for free. Thank You Daikin and most of all, Thank You AirCon Genie!!!
